Spring
In the Spring, we’re busy with debris cleanups from trees and foliage. Lawns need to be mowed and weeded regularly once again, plus it’s time to get shrubs and bushes into shape with trimming, pruning and planting services. Spring is also the ideal time for mulching gardens.
Summer
Summer is peak growing season, which means everything grows like a weed. We’ll stay on top of grass mowing and hedge trimming, while ensuring your irrigation system is finely tuned and compliant with municipal water restrictions.
Fall
In the Fall, there’s more cleanup to do as trees begin shedding leaves. We clear lawns and pathways, trim perennials and prepare your property for Winter. Lawns can be overseeded and fertilized, and sensitive plants can be protected for the incoming cold.
Winter
Winter is all about protection and safety. Most of your landscaping will become dormant in the Winter, but this is a great time to address hardscaping like pathways, paving or retaining walls in need of repair. Plus, we can offer snow removal and de-icing services – just be sure to sign up well in advance!
Hiring Us For Maintenance
We recognize that different kinds of properties will have unique needs for maintenance. We can work with you on a schedule that works. Typically, our maintenance team is on a property once per month, but we can accommodate more frequent visits or even hourly work if you’d prefer.
If you have a manager on-site, we can also work closely with them to coordinate and organize work. Then we’ll stay in contact with regular check-ins and reports so you can keep account of the work being done.
