Instead of extreme pressure, soft washing relies on low-pressure water in combination with cleaning solutions and soaps. This method is effective and gentle, ensuring your home isn’t damaged in the process.
Our Soft Washing Process
At O’Callaghan Exteriors, we’ve got all the soft washing equipment necessary to give your house a thorough cleaning, including water tanks, trailers, and 400-foot hoses.
We start by inspecting the siding of your home. The exterior materials of your home will determine the amount of pressure needed, whether made of vinyl, wood, metal, stucco, or hardiplank. Once we’ve figured that out, we can dial in the correct pressure.
Next, we’ll apply a layer of soap, detergent, or other surfactant to the exterior of your home with a concentration around areas in need. Then it’s time to apply pressurized water to complete the soft washing process.
